About the role


This is a role within the research team to lead on delivering surveys and research projects through our platform, working closely with clients who use the platform on their own to provide timely service.


This role sits within our research team of 15, supporting the running and delivery of projects. You will work closely with other SREs, RMs, and ADs to ensure projects run successfully. You will also be working with our engineering teams to raise and resolve any technical problems, and communicating with the growth team for new and existing business enquiries.


What you'll do

  • Independently owning and delivering quantitative and AI-qualitative research projects for clients using our proprietary technology platform across a range of sectors and audiences
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients who use our platform self-serve e.g., script their own surveys and launch them independently
  • Be ultra responsive to client needs and requests — maintain and exceptional level of client service
  • Working with the team to support on delivering high quality data to our clients

Who you are (skills and experience)

  • This is a great role for someone who has a good understanding of the basics of quantitative market research, and is looking to get more autonomy, and client-facing opportunities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a great fit if you:
  • Have gained 1-2 years of experience as a researcher in the quantitative market research industry
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and are able to spot fundamental errors with surveys or sampling methodologies, and flag these proactively
  • Have a track record delivering fast-paced quantitative research across a range of use cases, such as brand tracking, campaign or ad testing, and ad hoc studies
  • Eager to learn about a new way of doing research combining proprietary tech with researchers who partner with clients like an extension of their team
  • Experience cleaning raw data and ensuring exceptional quality standards

Further details

The expected salary for this role is between £30,000-£35,000.
