About the Role: 3+ Years Leadership experience in Business to Business Development Manager role working in Residential and/or Home Builders or Commercial Construction. Leadership Experience negotiations, fostering relationships and building rapport with key decision leadership teams, strategic business development and solutions, conducting business, sales strategy and development. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting At: $75k . May Increase Based on Experience and Qualifications
  • Plus Commission

Location: 15 lightyears office located in Longwood, FL. Job will require some travel


Work Schedule: Monday-Friday. Full-Time. Occasional evening and weekend hours for events and networking. This position requires on-site work and is not available as a remote opportunity.


Responsibilities Include:

Client Acquisition, Fostering Client Relations, and Ensuring Client Satisfaction

  • Identify, pursue, and establish relationships with Builders to expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Conduct regular pop-ins to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, working to ensure clients are happy with the company's services and skillfully manage client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
  • Being the main point of contact for clients and working to resolve any issues.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and events to key decision makes who are potential and current clients.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Developing sales plans that align with company goals and strategies to generate revenue

Industry Events / Client Visits / Networking:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and local networking opportunities to build brand connections, visability, and generate leads.
