Work Schedule: Monday-Friday. Full-Time. Occasional evening and weekend hours for events and networking. This position requires on-site work and is not available as a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building Client Relationships: Client relations managers establish, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction: Working to ensure clients are happy with the company's services and skillfully manage client expectations.
- Addressing Concerns: Being the main point of contact for clients and working to resolve any issues.
- Creating Sales Strategies: Developing sales plans and strategies to generate revenue.
- Researching Competitors: Learning about competitors to stay ahead and recruit new customers.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Working with internal teams to ensure client needs and satisfaction.
- Reports: Preparation business development activities, progress, and results, presenting findings to senior management.
- Industry Events / Client Visits: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company, build connections, and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years Leadership experience in Business to Business Development working in Residential and/or Home Builders
- Leadership Experience includes: negotiations, fostering relationships and building rapport with key decision leadership teams, strategic business development and solutions, conducting business, sales.
- Associate’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to assess markets, clients’ needs, and competitors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present to clients and Executives effectively.
