About the role
We are hiring one senior commercial leader to own growth outcomes across our clinical trial recruitment solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution needed to drive predictable revenue and strong customer outcomes.
This role is intentionally flexible to match the right leader’s strengths. Depending on background, scope may cover new business and partnerships, sales leadership, marketing direction, revenue operations rigor, and/or account expansion and retention.
What you will own
· Set and execute the commercial strategy to achieve revenue, growth, and market share objectives.
· Lead and scale the teams and operating rhythm that drive new business, renewals, expansions, and customer outcomes.
· Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive net-new, renewals, and expansions.
· Establish disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to create transparency and accountability.
· Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Delivery leadership to align commercial commitments with client needs and market demand.
· Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams aligned with 1nHealth’s strategic priorities.
· Champion a customer-centric approach that improves satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership value.
· Define clear KPIs across the funnel and customer lifecycle; use leading indicators to guide priorities and execution.
· Develop talent and strengthen performance culture through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent operating cadence.
· Represent 1nHealth externally with key clients and at select industry events.
Potential focus areas (scope tailored to the right candidate)
· Commercial leadership (CCO-style): end-to-end commercial ownership including BD, sales, marketing direction, and client success.
· Revenue leadership (CRO-style): predictable revenue engine across pipeline, forecasting, renewals/expansion, and revenue operations.
· Sales leadership (CSO-style): enterprise sales strategy, pipeline generation, deal progression, and close execution.
· Account expansion (Account Management Lead-style): structured portfolio coverage, account health, renewals, and cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in healthcare, clinical research, or related tech-enabled services; executive leadership experience strongly preferred.
· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing commercial teams.
· Strong understanding of clinical trial recruitment, pharma/biotech/CRO markets, and enterprise buying processes.
· Experience managing complex sales cycles, enterprise accounts, and strategic partnerships.
· Strong operating discipline across pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and cross-functional execution.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
· Data-driven approach with strong analytical ability to interpret commercial metrics and market trends.
· Bonus: Experience with SaaS or digital health platforms is highly valued.
