About the Role
1nHealth is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This is an outbound role focused on generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach. You’ll work closely with senior sellers to pursue a curated list of high-fit accounts each month—your job is to get conversations started.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career with experience in cold outreach, especially in a B2B startup environment. We’re not hung up on which tools you’ve used before—what matters is that you know how to prospect, write a message that gets opened, make the phone calls that get to next steps, and stay organized through multiple follow-ups.
