About the role


We are seeking a Content Lead to lead our creative process — a cornerstone of how we recruit effectively and ethically. You’ll own the creation of engaging, medically accurate, and platform-specific recruitment materials for clinical trials. This role requires a blend of strategy, creativity, and execution — from writing high-performing copy to designing landing pages and video scripts, all while embracing AI tools to scale and optimize our work.

Duties and Responsibilities


🧠 Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as Packet Lead for ad packet development, responsible for full content creation across paid ads, chatbot scripts, landing pages, and prescreening forms.
  • Translate clinical protocols into compelling, accessible messaging across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and more.
  • Lead the content strategy that balances user engagement with medical and regulatory accuracy.
  • Manage implementation of ad content for compliance and performance requirements 

✍️ Content Development

  • Write and edit copy for ad headlines, body content, video scripts, CTAs, chatbot SMS flows, and email templates.
  • Develop landing page and thank you page copy, ensuring seamless user journeys from ad to referral capture.
  • Draft the first version of the pre-screening form, aligned with study protocols and user experience best practices.

🎥 Multimedia Creation

  • Confidently film and edit on-camera content of yourself for use in video ads, landing pages, or educational snippets.
  • Leverage basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva) to produce visually engaging video content quickly and effectively.

🛠️ Tech + AI Integration

  • Use tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms to ideate, draft, and optimize content efficiently.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven workflows for content ideation, A/B testing, and ad performance feedback loops.

🎨 Design Thinking

  • Create strong visual layouts for packet deliverables using design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Select or create appropriate images, stock videos, and visual assets that align with the medical condition and study objectives.

📋 Project & Collaboration Management

  • Collaborate with Digital Recruitment Specialists, Project Managers, and Reviewers to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.
  • Own the end-to-end ad packet process, from draft creation to final delivery, including tracked change integration, comment resolution, and version control.


Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of content strategy or copywriting experience
  • Demonstrated experience using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) as part of your content creation workflow.
  • Strong portfolio of ad copylanding page content, and video scripts.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera; experience filming and editing short-form video content is a must.
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency with tools like CanvaFigma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to balance creativity with compliance, and content flair with protocol precision.
  • Excellent organizational skills 

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of HIPAA, IRB, or other regulatory considerations in health marketing.
  • Working knowledge of landing page optimization, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Asana.

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Remote)
