About the role

1nHealth is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This is an outbound role focused on generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach. You’ll work closely with senior sellers to pursue a curated list of high-fit accounts each month—your job is to get conversations started.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in cold outreach, especially in a B2B startup environment. We’re not hung up on which tools you’ve used before—what matters is that you know how to prospect, write a message that gets opened, make the phone calls that get to next steps, and stay organized through multiple follow-ups.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use tools like Copy.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our CRM (Pipedrive) to identify and engage decision-makers
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels with personalized, thoughtful messaging
  • Manage early-stage communication and book intro calls for our senior sales team
  • Keep outreach consistent, smart, and aligned with our brand voice
  • Stay on top of your pipeline and follow-up cadences
  • Collaborate closely with account execs to prioritize target accounts and iterate on outreach strategy

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or outbound-focused role in Clinical Research
  • Solid track record of prospecting or cold outreach in a B2B setting
  • Clear, confident communicator—especially in writing
  • Strong organizational habits and follow-through
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs
  • Driven, curious, and not afraid to put yourself out there
