About the role

1nHealth is looking for a Project Manager with experience from clinical trials or the pharmaceutical/medical device industry. As a Project Manager, you will provide high-quality service and on-time successful delivery of our solutions. You will serve as both the project lead and the primary client contact. You will be accountable for initiating, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of customer projects.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer delivery and project management, someone that wants to make a difference in patients' lives. In this role, you will balance multiple projects, and must be good at prioritizing and quickly responding to urgent matters. You enjoy working in an innovative technology company. You are an energetic individual with a positive can-do attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the progress of delegated clinical trials, which includes budgets and timelines
• Prepare, oversee, and review documents that are related to assigned project
• Facilitate and/or contribute to clinical study meetings
• Manage cross-departmental resources for the execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Lead the project team and various study team meetings
• Oversee the pattern and manner in which campaign metrics are being reported
• Be fully involved in resolving issues; take part in procedure improvement initiatives
• Achieve project goals by working with other members of the study team to outline their priorities, and to also resolve conflicts that may come up in the project process
• Manage working relationships and tasks of all team members
• Learn and utilize project management software currently in use at the company
  
  

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills; must be able to effectively convey messages across to both team members and other external persons
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills are required
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to pay keen attention to detail at all times
• Must be able to work within stipulated timeframes or deadlines even in the face of multiple responsibilities or projects
• Must be able to work as part of a team
