About the role

1nHealth is looking for a Site Coordinator (SC) to join our dynamic team. This is an autonomous role that will work in collaboration with the internal team under the direction of the study Project Manager. This role requires the right individual to interface with study-designated site staff via email, phone, & Teams. The SC will be responsible for tracking metrics, evaluating data to identify positive & negative trends for ongoing recruitment deployments, and build reports that will be distributed to the client (not just data...insights). Strong Microsoft office skills are required. The right individual will want to make a difference in patients' lives, thrive when working on a collaborative team, & is able to balance multiple projects with limited supervision utilizing the understanding of company/department goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all communication with site staff across all assigned projects.
  • Manage all site and staff contact information for assigned projects.
  • Facilitate site onboarding to 1nHealth’s patient engagement technology platform.
  • Escalate portal-related tech issues (access, question around functionality and features, etc).
  • Liaise with site staff for the duration of their associated project by communicating best practices & gathering required study information.
  • Assist Project Managers in pulling site-related reports from the platform.
  • Create graphs/charts/tables & derive insights week over week for client meetings.
  • Present insights on weekly meetings.
  • Recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Extremely detailed-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite- very strong Excel & Outlook skills are required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience a plus (but if you’re super smart and know how to work in a fast paced environment, we really don’t care about diplomas).
  • Industry experience a plus

The pay range for this role is:

50,000 - 57,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
