Position Overview:

The Bizapps Engineer for Manufacturing Apps Support will architect, design, implement, optimize, secure, and troubleshoot 1X business-critical applications across manufacturing, sales, human resources, and finance departments. This role involves creating robust, integrated application ecosystems to streamline business processes, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain secure, smooth operations within manufacturing and warehouse environments.


Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement integrated business application ecosystems across multiple departments including manufacturing, sales, HR, and finance.
  • Optimize existing business applications to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for business-critical applications, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Implement secure design principles to ensure integrity and smooth operation in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
  • Manage and coordinate integrations between various business applications and tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, IBM, and SAP.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices related to business application management and support.
  • Support Netsuite Add-ons including WMS, RFSMART, Arena PLM, and financial tools such as FloQast/Blackline.


Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise-level business applications.
  • Proven expertise in integrating complex systems and designing technical processes based on business requirements.
  • Proficiency in Business Application programming languages associated with Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, IBM, or SAP.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite and familiarity with NetSuite add-ons such as WMS, RFSMART, Arena PLM, and FloQast/Blackline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in secure design and implementation principles, particularly in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Salesforce Developer, SAP Certified Consultant).
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience with Odoo System Integration
