Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage production team & sub-contractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluates quality at each production step.
- Document company procedures and train employees on company processes.
- Support the CEO/President in day-to-day management of all projects and production team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and agreements.
- Must manage working in a busy, service-oriented team under stress to meet deadlines, deal with competing priorities, and demanding service requirements.
- Must be able to work overtime, on weekends and able to respond 24/7.
- May attend disaster sites and be near hazardous environments and conditions.
- Minimal travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of restoration/construction industry experience or a combination of relevant education and equivalent industry experience.
- Knowledge of industry policies and procedures.
- Expertise of budgeting and cost control.
- Understand how to interpret blueprints, requests and manage permits.
- Five years of Management experience, preferred.
