Founded in 2022, 3M’s Services LLC (Michelle’s Mindful Movements) is a mission-driven agency providing high-quality support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health diagnoses across North Carolina.

Inspired by the founder’s late sister, Tamara Michelle Martin, our company was built on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and purpose.
