We’re seeking a Sales Executive to help expand 3rd Mil’s reach and impact nationwide. The Sales Executive will focus on one of our three primary markets (judicial system, higher education, or secondary education) but previous experience with these markets is not required. This role is a hunting role and is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are set up for success. You’ll play a key role in helping these markets implement 3rd Mil courses effectively and ensure the best possible outcomes for the people they serve.
As the Sales Executive, you’ll prospect, qualify, and close new business. You'll manage your new business pipeline and transition new clients to their Account Manager.

The pay range for this role is:
