3rd Street Youth Center & Clinic is a community-based organization located in Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco, dedicated to the health and development of youth aged 12–24. We provide integrated services—including medical and behavioral health care, transitional age youth (TAY) housing, and workforce development—to meet the complex needs of young people navigating systems, trauma, and transition.
