🚀 The Role

You’ll be the voice behind Aalo—surfacing the most compelling stories from deep inside our company and broadcasting them to the world. This is not just a marketing job. It’s a storytelling mission.

You’ll own and execute our content strategy across all formats:

• Written content: newsletters, social posts, blog entries, thought leadership
• Video: behind-the-scenes, explainers, founder pieces, product launches
• Audio: helping shape (and maybe host) podcast content
• Community engagement: building a brand people trust and care about

 You’ll work closely with the founding team to track company milestones, translate technical progress into accessible narratives, and find stories in places others miss.

• You have strong operational chops: you can keep a content engine running on schedule

• You’re hands-on with content creation—comfortable writing, filming, editing, and shipping on your own or with light support

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Aalo’s content strategy
• Drive newsletter cadence and write posts that people want to open
• Run our social presence: Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
• Create and edit video content with a sharp eye for visual storytelling
• Coordinate and potentially host Aalo-branded podcast efforts
• Partner with the leadership team to distill progress into public-facing narratives
• Track metrics and engagement, iterating quickly based on feedback

🔍 Bonus Points

• Experience in climate tech, energy, or hard tech sectors
• Prior work in early-stage startups
• Portfolio of previous content across multiple mediums
• Familiarity with video/audio editing tools (or eagerness to learn fast)
