As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the epicenter of our engineering operations, playing a pivotal role in shaping the technical landscape of our products. Beyond just writing code, this position is about providing technical leadership, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring the next generation of engineers.


Your in-depth of experience and skill set spanning backend, frontend and infrastructure development will be vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our stringent standards of scalability, maintainability, and user-centric design. This role is pivotal in designing and optimizing software solutions that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and refine software solutions across backend, frontend, and infrastructure domains.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and set best practices for software development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • System Optimization: Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability to meet evolving demands.
  • Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to high-quality software development standards.
  • Innovation Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional Experience: Over 6 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Programming Proficiency: Expertise in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Python, Java, C, or Go.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to tackle complex technical challenges effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with networking, high-performance computing, and Linux environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

This position involves access to export-controlled information. To comply with U.S. government export regulations, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:


(A) Qualify as a U.S. person, which includes:

  • U.S. citizen or national

  • Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157
  • Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158

The pay range for this role is:

180,000 - 200,000 USD per year (HQ)
