About the role

The Receiving Associate at AA Medical plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the company's warehouse by accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments of medical devices. This position collaborates closely with the Shipping, Testing, and Inventory Management teams to ensure efficient inventory flow and the delivery of high-quality refurbished medical devices to customers. The Receiving Associate is responsible for verifying shipments, maintaining documentation, and communicating effectively with internal departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Accurately enter data related to incoming inventory, in NetSuite ERP.
  • Label and sort inventory for proper storage and distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing, Testing, and Shipping departments to ensure smooth flow of inventory and timely updates.
  • Report discrepancies or damaged items to the appropriate team members.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Communicate with couriers and vendors as necessary.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or receiving role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and data entry.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed and stand for extended periods.


Schedule: Monday to Friday



The pay range for this role is:

20 - 22 USD per hour (AA Medical Headquarters)
