About the role

As a Logistics Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the logistics processes, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of used medical devices. This role involves coordination with various teams, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. 

What you'll do

  • Receive, inspect, and record used medical devices. 
  • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts. 
  • Optimize warehouse space for efficiency. 
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time. 
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams. 
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations. 
  • Conduct thorough quality checks. 
  • Document and report discrepancies. 
  • Implement quality control procedures. 
  • Operate material handling equipment safely. 
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of devices. 
  • Report equipment issues promptly. 
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation for logistics processes. 
  • Assist in audit preparation. 
  • Work closely with warehouse team members. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and partners. 
  • Participate in regular team meetings. 
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent,logistics education or certification is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in logistics or warehouse operations. 
  • Familiarity with medical device handling and regulations.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and software. 
  • Ability to lift and move heavy medical devices. 
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including extended periods of standing.
