About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-minded IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. The ideal candidate for this role will have general knowledge of all things IT related. This would include Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Admin Centers, helping users remotely, anti-virus software, Intune, RingCentral, and Cloudflare. This role will be responsible for supporting all internal AA Medical users with various IT-related software and hardware tasks.
What you'll do
- Support software and computer systems including: Windows 10/11 Operating System, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Intune, GHX, and BitDefender.
- Troubleshoot NetSuite platform issues and collaborate with NetSuite administrators as needed
- Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through in-depth problem solving and troubleshooting, escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist in the set-up of new equipment and devices; set-up workstations and provide users with appropriate access to applications, data, and systems.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and contribute directly to data projects.
- Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through in-depth problem solving and troubleshooting, escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide guidance and explain system policies and procedures to users.
- Contribute to documentation of internal processes, incidents, and training manuals.
- Create and maintain security policies in the Microsoft Administration Console to protect internal users. This includes policies within Purview, Entra, and Intune.
- Review sign-in logs and risky sign-ins/risky users within the Microsoft Security Center.
- Maintain DNS records, Bot Management, Zero Trust Client, Website Configuration/Optimization and Managed Rules/Custom Rules within Cloudflare for all AA Medical websites.
- Tasks within Microsoft Entra would include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining the following: MFA Setup, Password Resets, Groups, Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, User Licenses.
- Tasks within the Microsoft Security Center would include, but are not limited to, the following: Anti-Spam Policies, Anti-Phishing, and Anti-Malware policies, as well as Phishing Campaigns.
- Tasks within Microsoft Intune would include, but are not limited to, the following: Configuration Policies, Compliance Policies, Device Enrollment/Management, Remote Help, Autopilot, App Provisioning and Deployment, and Windows Update Policies.
- Tasks within Microsoft Azure would include but are not limited to Servers and Databases.
- Tasks within Microsoft Purview would include, but are not limited to, the following: Data Loss Prevention, Data Lifecycle Management, and Information Protection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems/computer science.
- Experience with helpdesk tasks such as computer repair, OS troubleshooting, ERP system troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365.
- Proven track record of being detail-oriented, having problem solving skills, being business-minded, working with projects, being a team player, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.
- 2+ Years Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with helping users remotely, anti-virus software, Intune, RingCentral, VPN solutions, and Cloudflare.
- Web Hosting such as Cloudflare and GoDaddy. This includes configuring DNS Records.
- CompTIA A+ and Security+ Certifications.
