About the role


We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Receiving Specialist to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This role is central to ensuring accurate inventory reception, inspection, and management, as well as supporting shipping and order fulfillment when needed.

What you'll do

  • Create and reconcile purchase orders
  • Receive, inspect, and verify surgical products (including sterile integrity and expiration dates)
  • Perform precise data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, Acquisitions)
  • Assist with product descriptions, market research, and cost/price determinations
  • Identify and correct inventory discrepancies
  • Organize and shelve inventory in warehouse
  • Pick, pack, and process domestic and international orders (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
  • Perform moderate lifting and carrying of parcels (up to 40 lbs)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle interruptions smoothly
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Previous experience with hospital supply chain, sterile processing, or surgical supply (REF/LOT/EXP Date) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and inventory management systems (ERP experience a plus)
  • BA/BS degree is a plus but relevant experience considered in place of degree
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly from mistakes
  • Integrity, pride in your work, and ability to work independently or in a team

Hourly Wage: $20.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
