About the role

The Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shipping team, ensuring the timely and accurate packaging, labeling, and shipment of customer orders. This role involves managing the entire shipping process, from reviewing sales orders to ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently according to company SOPs. The Shipping Lead will work closely with the sales team, warehouse staff, and carriers to ensure that all shipping activities comply with established procedures and safety guidelines.
