The role

You're the kind of designer who can bring that to life through polished, considered digital experiences, and who understands that conversion done well isn't persuasion, it's clarity. A clear message, a page that earns trust, a journey that respects someone's time. You believe good design should actually help people, not just look good in a portfolio.
You'll work directly with our Founding Creative Lead and Abby's Founder, designing and building the digital experiences that help Australians discover Abby and take the next step in their care.
Your primary focus is the website and digital experience: landing pages, product pages, and conversion flows - all designed and built in Webflow, within the design system and art direction set by our Creative Lead. You'll also produce marketing assets for paid media, email, and social, and contribute to product design across the patient app and clinician dashboard when priorities call for it.

What you'll do
- Website and landing pages - designing and building conversion-focused pages, product pages, and campaign flows in Webflow, end-to-end
- Brand asset production - creating visual assets for paid social (Meta, Google Display), email campaigns, and brand moments across digital channels
- Motion and animation - producing animated assets for digital advertising, social content, and web using After Effects
- 3D and visual production - bringing depth and craft to campaign and web assets using 3D tools where they earn their place
- Campaign creative - translating briefs into compelling visual executions across paid and organic channels
- Design system - translating Abby's product design system into Webflow, building out web-specific components, templates, and reusable patterns that live natively in the CMS
- Product design - contributing to UI across the patient app and clinician dashboard
What you'll bring
- 3-5+ years in brand design, digital design, or creative roles with a portfolio that shows both craft and commercial thinking
- Strong Webflow skills - you can design and build production-quality pages independently, not just prototype
- After Effects proficiency - you use motion to communicate, not just to decorate
- Experience working within an established brand system and making it feel fresh across every touchpoint
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual design fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography, colour, and spacing
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems, iterate based on insights and showcasing a range of design projects.
- Comfortable contributing to product UI design alongside a creative lead
- Based in Sydney, happy to be in the office 3-4 days a week
Preferred experience in
- 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Spline, Blender, or similar)
- Experience with Lottie, or Framer for interaction and micro-animation
- Background in health, wellness, beauty, or other trust-sensitive consumer categories
- Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, or growth marketing workflows
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
