We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Insurance Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal departments to develop, market, and manage both new and renewal business across a diverse client base. This role offers the opportunity to write both personal and commercial lines of insurance, providing a well-rounded and dynamic career path.
A strong understanding of the insurance marketplace, combined with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with insurance carriers, is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation and analytical skills to evaluate client needs and develop tailored proposals and recommendations. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is key to thriving in this role.
