We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage an existing book of commercial clients (80%) and support new business development (20%). The ideal candidate is RIBO-licensed, experienced, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of commercial insurance clients
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client communications
  • Quote and bind new business in line with underwriting guidelines
  • Maintain strong insurer and client relationships
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Ensure compliance and accurate documentation in the BMS

Qualifications

  • RIBO license (required)
  • 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
  • Strong product knowledge and communication skills
  • Proficient with BMS (e.g., Powerbroker) and MS Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and client-driven
