Account Manager

We’re seeking an Account Manager to support and grow customer relationships within an assigned book of business. In this role, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction, manage renewals, and identify opportunities to expand usage of AbsenceSoft’s leave management SaaS platform. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them get the most value from our solutions while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.



What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day engagement.
  • Support renewals by demonstrating value and addressing customer needs.
  • Deliver training and product guidance to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve issues quickly.
  • Track account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and processes.
  • Participate in a highly compliant environment and help maintain company controls and security within your role.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM or account management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience in SaaS or HR technology preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR, benefits administration, or compliance solutions a plus.
  • Customer-first approach with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a growth mindset.

  • Compensation Transparency. Compensation range for this position is $65,600 - $82k annually, depending on experience and location.
