Sr. Product Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for our leave management solutions. This role is pivotal in defining product positioning, messaging, and competitive insights that drive adoption and growth across our expanding market. You’ll partner closely with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure alignment and impact.


What you'll do

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to buyer personas.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with product management to align roadmaps with market demand.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including decks, battlecards, and collateral.
  • Lead content strategy and execution for campaigns, webinars, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Partner with demand generation teams to design campaigns that convert leads to opportunities.
  • Measure product marketing effectiveness through KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing customer insights.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success developing go-to-market strategies and executing product launches.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, and marketing functions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Background in HR technology, HCM, or leave management software preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • Compensation Transparency. Compensation range for this position is $208k - $246k annually, depending on experience and location.
