The Role
As a Career & Life Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our Graduation Candidates (GCs) academically, socially, and emotionally on their path to graduation and post-secondary success. By combining the roles of academic advisor, post-secondary planner, and student advocate, you will help GCs overcome barriers, build life skills, and identify future career and educational goals.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Certification: K-12 Counseling or School Social Worker endorsement valid in the state of Florida.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years working in a counseling, social work, or educational setting (high school preferred).
