Remote B2B Lead Setter – Base + Commission

The Remote B2B Lead Setter plays a key role in expanding our commercial footprint by reaching out to property managers, owners, and operators of multi-tenant buildings. This role focuses on setting qualified appointments for our B2B Account Executives. You’ll work remotely and be compensated with a stable hourly wage plus performance-based commissions.

Responsibilities

· Cold call commercial property contacts from provided and self-sourced lists

· Qualify leads based on decision-maker status, property fit, and interest level

· Set appointments for B2B Account Executives using company CRM

· Follow-up on prior outreach to maintain engagement and increase conversion

· Submit daily reports and attend virtual coaching huddles
