The Practice Development Manager (PDM) is the architect of practice success and of long-term customer relationships.  This role goes beyond traditional device training or sales support – it is a strategic partnership position responsible for transforming how practices integrate, utilize, and build their business around Acclaro Medical’s device portfolio, specifically the AuraLux Platform. 

 

The PDM ensures that every practice doesn’t just own our device but thrives because of their partnership with Acclaro.  Success in this role is measured not by device installations competed, but by practice transformation achieved, utilization rates sustained and recurring revenue generated through deep value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the AuraLux footprint within the Med Spa space
    • Cold Call/hunt new opportunities within the Med Spa space
    • Filter up leads of other devices within regional pod
    • Cross Collaborate with Executive Device Reps within region to expand lead generation.
  • Practice Integration and Onboarding
    • Conduct Full-Day Brand Integration Workshops
      • Facilitate with entire practice team (not just provider)
      • Lead brand discovery exercises to understand practice identity
      • Co-create unique positioning statements
      • Establish team role and responsibilities (front desk vs consultant vs provider)
  • Clinical Confidence
    • Provide hands-on Clinical Support
    • Facilitate advanced training with Clinical Education team
  • Business Systems Implementation
    • Create Consultation framework
  • Event Support & Practice Activation
    • Event Planning and Execution Support
    • Patient Experience Design
    • Launch Campaign Support
  • Quarterly Business Reviews
    • Performance Analytics Review
      • Analyze utilization trends
      • Benchmark against goals and peer practices
    • Protocol Optimization
    • Strategic Planning
  • Continuing Education & Network Facilitation
    • Keep practices engaged, learning and connected to the broader Acclaro Community through cross collaboration with our advocacy department
