About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee and guide our clinical operations across the APAC region. As a pivotal member of the Clinical department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clinical programs are executed with precision and meet the highest industry standards. What You'll Do

  • Clinical Study Support: Act as the primary clinical point-of-contact for regional clinical study sites. Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, support data collection, and verify the standardization of clinical photography and documentation.
  • Distributor Clinical Support: Provide expert clinical guidance and support to our regional distribution partners, helping them manage their own training needs and answering complex clinical inquiries.
  • Market Support: Assist the sales team with clinical presentations, support at regional industry conferences, and conduct professional product demonstrations upon request.
  • Limited Clinical Training: Perform clinical training for new and established users on an as-needed basis, leveraging deep knowledge of our aesthetic laser portfolio.
  • Coordinate and lead clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company protocols, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial teams, to ensure seamless execution of clinical programs.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for clinical studies and ensure cost-effective management of resources.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key clinical sites, investigators, and stakeholders across the region.
  • Ensure all clinical activities comply with applicable health and safety regulations and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative work environment.
  • Track and report on clinical trial progress, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor regional and international trends in clinical research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Nursing, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related discipline (Master's or advanced degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) AND professional working proficiency in a key APAC language (Chinese, Korean, or Japanese).
  • Proven background in energy-based aesthetic devices, with significant expertise in lasers.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong background as a Clinical Educator or Clinical Research Coordinator/Monitor in the medical aesthetic field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% across the APAC region as needed.
