We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team at Accruity. In this role, you’ll play a key part in lead conversion and relationship development, creating a seamless, value-driven introduction to our firm and supporting the sales team in turning conversations into clients.


What You’ll Do:

  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective clients and affiliates.
  • Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Identify affiliate opportunities and maintain referral partner relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM to track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
  • Represent Accruity at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
  • Generate new leads by building in-person relationships and following up after events.
  • Assist with coordinating event logistics and preparing materials.
  • Join sales calls, manage follow-up, and support the close of deals.
  • Assist with Scope of Work preparation and documentation.
  • Track prospect progress through the sales pipeline and flag opportunities for conversion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, sales coordination, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making 20+ calls a day and engaging prospects proactively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through on commitments.
  • Professional presence at networking events and client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Employment Type: Permanent | Salaried, Exempt

  • Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience + commission
