What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, Lead and Mentor a team of Senior Payments Advisors, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Expand Your Portfolio by prospecting and closing new business deals, while simultaneously supporting your team’s sales efforts.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Utilize Cutting-Edge Lead Tools to prospect and target new opportunities using advanced sales and marketing intelligence platforms.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics to track team success, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.





What Defines an Ace in this Role?

1. Experienced Sales Leader

You have at least 3 years of experience in payment processing or merchant services, with a strong track record of success in B2B sales and leadership. You understand:

  • The complexities of payment solutions and how to tailor them for diverse clients.
  • The importance of trust-based relationships and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
  • How to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

A Day in the Life of a Sales Director

  • Morning: Start your day with a team call to discuss goals and strategies, followed by individual prospecting sessions using our advanced lead-generation tools. 
  • Afternoon: Engage in client meetings, closing deals, or attending industry events to build your network. 
  • Late Afternoon: Conduct training and mentoring sessions with your team of Senior Payments Advisors to ensure they are meeting targets and growing their portfolios. 
  • Evening: Review daily metrics, set goals for the next day, and engage in continuous learning through company-provided resources.
