About the Position

As Acres' Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building relationships and working directly with high-value customers to effectively communicate Acres' technical details and capabilities. You will demonstrate how our SaaS platform will add significant value and meet the complex needs of large enterprises. This position will report to the SaaS Sales Director and will impactfully contribute to the structure and culture of the sales team.


This is an opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with extensive SaaS experience to identify and engage potential enterprise clients, helping to execute broader sales targets with contract values of $75,000-$100,000+. The ideal candidate is driven by understanding our customers and solving their complex problems, resilient to rejection, energized by providing customer success, and has a genuine interest and curiosity in agriculture, finance, technology, and large-scale real estate operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deeply integrate with existing pipeline and processes, exemplifying participation and setting the standard for reporting and engagement

  • Identify core pain points of enterprise customers and build credibility as an industry expert in land intelligence solutions

  • Use your advanced business development skills to develop high-value opportunities through both warm leads and strategic whitespace prospecting

  • Raise brand awareness through exceptional customer service and genuine relationship building with key decision-makers in target industries

  • Become a product and brand expert through ongoing education and research to provide relevant data points, tell compelling stories, and gain trust as an industry expert

  • Generate several million dollars in contracts per year, with a target of over $1 million in the first year

  • Report and regularly provide detailed insight on the enterprise sales pipeline.

  • Coordinate with team members across the organization to execute on sales opportunities.

  • Develop and execute initial sales outreach and strategies for large, national real estate brokerages, mining companies, real estate lenders, housing developers, and retailers.

  • Rigorously contribute to pipeline reviews, sales team meetings, product prioritization and marketing collateral 

  • Mentor junior team members, providing regular constructive feedback and helping them grow as sales professionals

Key Competencies:

  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in Real Estate, Data & Analytics, Agriculture, Rural Land, or adjacent industries

  • Extensive experience closing deals with contract values of $75,000-$100,000+

  • Confident and clear communication skills: able to gain trust and convert leads at the enterprise level

  • Experience with using advanced CRM/user-tracking software such as HubSpot

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle for complex, high-value SaaS products

  • Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within large organizations

  • Based in Northwest Arkansas or remote for highly qualified candidates
