Product Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented software engineering Intern to join our software engineering team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SaaS product development. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a mentor or team to write and analyze application code.
  • Assist with basic feature development, bug resolution, and code documentation.
  • Learn and apply software development best practices, including troubleshooting techniques.
  • Gain hands-on experience with development tools, languages, and version control systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving project goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent learning experience).
  • Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language (ideally Python)
  • Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git (academic or practical experience).
  • Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and client/server applications
  • Interest in understanding algorithms and test-writing practices.
  • A detail-oriented and collaborative approach to programming and feature development.

This internship is a part-time onsite position for the spring semester with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role for exceptional performers. All Acres internships pay $15 per hour and offer between 20-25 hours per week.
