Adapt

Product Specialist

About Adapt

Adapt is the AI computer for business. Our mission is to help every company become instantly AI native through providing the most powerful and accessible experience for every job function to collaborate with frontier agents. Everyone in the company - from sales to marketing to business operations - can use Adapt to answer questions, build on-demand dashboards, automate workflows, or build entire applications using the context of their business and the best intelligence available.

Product Specialist
Adapt is building an AI system that understands a company like a great operator does and acts like one. We're looking for a Product Specialist to help new customers get there.

The role
You'll own the journey from trial signup to real, sustained usage. That means jumping into Slack Connect with new accounts, helping them integrate their tools, building their first skills, and making sure they hit value fast. You'll manage 200+ accounts at once, context-switching between a demo call, a quick integration question, and a strategy session on how a customer should think about their Adapt deployment.
This isn't a typical sales role. You're not cold calling or negotiating contracts. And it's not pure customer success either - you're not managing renewals or escalations. You live in the activation window: the critical period between "just signed up" and "can't live without it."

What you'll actually do
• Run demos and onboarding calls for new trials
• Guide customers through integrations, skill setup, and early use cases
• Live in Slack Connect, managing a high volume of accounts with short, high-signal responses
• Identify friction points and feed insights back to product
• Build lightweight documentation and playbooks as you learn what works

What we're looking for
• Curiosity over credentials - you like learning how things work and figuring out problems on the fly
• Technical aptitude - comfortable with APIs, integrations, and light technical work (no engineering background required)
• Strong written communication - you'll write more messages in a day than most people do in a week
• High volume tolerance - you can context-switch across dozens of accounts without dropping threads
• Relationship instincts - you're genuinely interested in helping people succeed, not just closing them
We think there are a lot of smart people who would thrive in sales but are turned off by the title. If that's you, this might be a fit.

Details
• Reports into Sales, threads closely with Product
• In-office (we're not remote-first)
• If this sounds interesting:
