About the role
- As a manager at our restaurant, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team. You will be responsible for supporting management in creating a positive work environment and leading by example to demonstrate high standards of quality and customer service.
Managers Job Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations during shifts to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Greet/escort guests when host is unavailable.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Maintain drink/food safety and quality.
- Provide employee feedback for development.
- Enforce uniform and policy standards.
- Perform line and restaurant checks.
- Staff unit: interview, hire, and train.
- Order food, supplies, and uniforms.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings.
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
- Follow health regulations.
- Assign opening/closing duties, sections, and tables.
- Perform other duties as assigned that pertain to your area of operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1-2 Years of Experience Preferred in area of managing department
- Must Be Over the Age of 25
- Must have appropriate Food handlers ,TABC and Manager Certifications for the area that you will be supervising
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
