About the Role
We are welcoming a new team member who will represent Advanced Aircrew Academy to flight departments across business aviation, with a focus on building lasting partnerships in the United States. This individual will take the time to understand each operator’s mission, operational needs, and training priorities, then connect them with training that enhances safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
In this role, you will spend your days meeting with prospects, industry leaders, attending key aviation events, and engaging in conversations that lead to long-term value for our customers. You will be part of a team that puts people first, building new relationships that strengthen our industry and impact.
Your work will directly support our mission to be the world’s most trusted aviation training partner, ensuring that every new partnership we form is rooted in expertise and measurable value for each customer.
What You Excel At

- Working as One Aircrew Collaborate seamlessly with internal experts and the customer’s team to achieve shared goals.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling into Part 135 and Part 91 operators, with an existing network in the market.
- Working knowledge of the operations and regulatory context for Parts 91, 125, and 135.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and managing relationships ranging from $50K to $5M.
- Ability to manage a sales process from prospect identification to signed agreement.
- Experience using modern CRM tools; familiarity with Planhat and AMSTAT is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Valid passport and ability to travel 40–50%, including to international events.
