About the Role
Nouveau Day Spa is seeking a skilled and service-minded Massage Therapist to join our team in Kennewick, WA. This role is responsible for providing professional massage therapy services in a safe, relaxing, and client-centered environment.
The ideal candidate is licensed, dependable, professional, and passionate about wellness, hospitality, and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy services in accordance with state licensing requirements and spa standards.Create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming experience for each guest.Review guest needs, preferences, contraindications, and treatment goals before beginning services.Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room.Follow sanitation, safety, privacy, and documentation expectations.Communicate professionally with guests, front desk team members, providers, and practice leadership.Support daily spa flow, scheduling readiness, and treatment room turnover.Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education as applicable.
Qualifications
Active Massage Therapist license in Washington.Prior massage therapy experience preferred.Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body mechanics, safety practices, and client care standards.Professional, warm, and service-oriented communication style.Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-based spa environment.Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and follow spa policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a spa, wellness, medical spa, hospitality, or aesthetics environment.Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed.Passion for wellness, client care, and high-quality service.
