About the Role
As an Enterprise Contracts & Engagement Manager, you will bridge the gap between complex commercial agreements and high-level technical resolution.
You will be responsible for drafting precise Scopes of Work (SOW) for onsite engineering services as well as managing the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise agreements. By balancing commercial rigor with technical insight, you will protect company interests while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction during critical project phases.
What You'll Do
- Contract lifecycle & SOW authoring: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value enterprise contracts, specifically focusing on complex, often multi-phase, highly detailed engineering Scopes of Work (SOW) to ensure technical accuracy and risk mitigation while actively increasing revenue projections and delivery.
- Assist in drafting, negotiation, review, and execution of a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales contracts, master service agreements (MSAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, and strategic partnership agreements to enable these engineering contracts.
- Compliance & Risk management: Monitor contract performance against commercial terms, ensuring all onsite activities comply with safety, legal, and company standards. Manage complex, high-value contracts specific to the Defence sector (e.g., government procurement, security requirements, export control/ITAR/EAR compliance) and the commercial sector (e.g., long-term supply, service level agreements for autonomous/critical systems, site-specific regulations). Recommend commercially viable methods to mitigate risk within company, defence and legal parameters.
- Relationship management: Foster trusted advisor status with enterprise clients by providing transparent updates on technical resolutions and contractual milestones.
