About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our execution of global marketing programs and support go-to-market strategy for PNT systems across the Defence sector. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the defence buying environment to translate insights into strategic marketing programs that drive commercial success and technical credibility.


A primary focus of this position will be collaborating with our product, engineering, and sales teams to create clear positioning and compelling narratives to ensure successful new product introductions. You will support global defence markets, particularly the US, APAC, and EMEA, by developing messaging, content, and communication strategies.


What you'll do

  • Leading global defence marketing programs and go-to-market strategy for advanced positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems within the defence sector.
  • Understanding the defence buying environment to translate insights into strategic marketing programs.
  • Executing go-to-market planning and new product introductions in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Developing messaging, content, and communications strategy for global defence markets, with a focus on the United States, APAC, and EMEA.
  • Owning the go-to-market strategy for the defence customer segment across air, land, sea, and space domains.
  • Conducting customer and competitor research to understand market needs and identify white space opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market planning and new product introductions for complex technology systems.
  • A minimum of 8 years in B2B product marketing or capture marketing across a defence, aerospace, or dual-use technology environment
  • Full Australian Working Rights and eligibility for Australian security clearance and/or ADF experience is highly regarded
  • Tertiary Qualifications or an equivalent in Marketing, with additional education in communications, or business strategy being valuable.
