This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.  

As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll reimagine how financial advisors work by bringing together AI, automation, and thoughtful UX to streamline the most critical workflows in wealth management, including advisor-client meetings, client communication, onboarding, service-requests, and middle-office operational workflows. 

You'll play a key role in building intelligent systems that elevate advisors by reducing complexity and unlocking scale for firms. This role involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure a cohesive, scalable user experience across the platform. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex, regulated interaction problems, designing for ease-of-use, and improving the day-to-day experience of advisors.

Here’s What You’ll Do: 

• Lead initiatives across multiple products within our AI suite, including client interactions, middle-office operations, and platform workflows.
• Design intelligent, adaptive user experiences that anticipate needs and reduce cognitive load.
• Champion an AI-first design approach that balances automation with control, clarity, and trust.
• Continuously evolve our design practice by exploring new tools, prototyping methods, and AI-driven acceleration techniques.
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity within the AI suite to create more integrated and intuitive cross-product experiences. 
• Partner with PM and Engineering to define a long-term product vision, align roadmaps, and drive execution of cohesive multi-product user experiences.
• Drive new persona research and apply insights to guide 0→1 design and iteration of mature workflows.
• Share tools, frameworks, and patterns that improve team efficiency and scale high-quality work.
• Push the boundaries of what great product design looks like for advisor-centric workflows in a fast-moving product ecosystem.

What You Bring to the Table: 

• 6+ years in product/UX design, with experience crafting complex, web-based products in multi-stakeholder environments.
• You have a track record of telling compelling stories to advocate for users, build alignment, and articulate design vision.
• You're comfortable working across deeply technical domains and multi-product ecosystems.
• You’re a natural collaborator and facilitator, comfortable navigating cross-functional dynamics with senior stakeholders.
• You’re passionate about AI’s role in transforming workflows and can translate its potential into usable, practical design.
• You guide the creation of new patterns and can evangelize them to scale across an organization. 
• You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve effective and elevated design solutions. 
• You’ve led initiatives from 0→1 and are equally strong at scaling and iterating mature products.
• You artfully give and receive feedback, and seek out ways to improve our ways of working. 
• You proactively mentor and guide other designers, raising the quality bar for the team.
• You are deeply fluent in modern design tools like Figma, and have started exploring prototyping tools like Lovable, Bolt, Replit, V0 and continuously explore how to use AI to boost efficiency and prototyping speed.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for financial advisor tools, service ownership, process automation, or incident response platforms.
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML patterns and emerging trends (e.g., explainability, fallback, human-in-the-loop). 
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or B2B environments, particularly supporting regulated users.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $195,000-210,000.
