At Advisor360°, we’re redefining how wealth management platforms are delivered by combining a startup’s agility with enterprise-grade performance. As a DevOps Engineer II, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to automate, optimize, and deliver highly scalable infrastructure and deployment solutions across our cloud environments. If you’re passionate about CI/CD, cloud automation, and working with modern DevOps tooling, we’d love to hear from you.
Here’s What You’ll Do:  

  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and GitOps principles.
  • Assist in provisioning and managing Azure-based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to improve build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
  • Maintain and improve systems that support containerized workloads (e.g., Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps ).
  • Develop scripts and automation workflows to minimize manual effort and enhance reliability.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and runtime issues in lower and production environments.
  • Ensure system reliability and participate in efforts to improve observability and alerting.
  • Assist in documentation and knowledge sharing within the DevOps and development teams.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for production deployment support and incident resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment workflows.

 

What You Bring to the Table:  

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure on Azure.
  • Understanding of software engineering and cloud-native application lifecycle.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), infrastructure-as-code, and containerization.
  • Familiarity with common development tools: Github, Confluence, Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow through mentorship and hands-on experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

 
Preferred Strengths:

  • Familiarity with GitOps practices and Repo Factory principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
  • Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, or similar.
  • Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
