We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner directly with our COO/CFO. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a force multiplier to an executive leading the company through a period of accelerated growth, AI-native transformation, and organizational scale. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, operator, and integrator, ensuring the COO/CFO’s priorities translate into execution, while driving alignment across the executive team, board, and organization.


What you'll do:

  • Strategic Alignment & Planning
    • Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and operational plans.
    • Ensure cross-functional initiatives (GTM, product modularization, AI adoption, enterprise deals) align with company objectives.
    • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the COO.
  • Executive Leverage
    • Prepare the COO for key internal and external meetings (ELT, board, investors, clients).
    • Own executive briefing materials, follow-ups, and decision logs.
    • Act as proxy for COO in meetings to provide continuity and decision-making support.
  • Operational Cadence
    • Drive the company’s leadership operating model: QBRs, ELT meetings, OKRs, and board prep.
    • Track execution of commitments and hold leaders accountable to priorities.
    • Institutionalize processes that bring clarity, speed, and focus to execution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to break down silos and drive alignment.
    • Step in to lead projects where additional executive oversight is required.
    • Surface risks, challenges, and opportunities early, with solutions-oriented recommendations.

What you have:

  • Background: 6–10+ years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic operating roles (startup or scale-up environment a plus).
    Exceptional problem solving and analytical ability.
    Strong executive communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
    High-level project management and organizational discipline
  • Operates with discretion and trust at the highest levels of the company.
    Comfortable influencing without authority.
    Strategic thinker who can also dive into details to ensure execution.
  • Mindset: Growth-oriented, highly adaptable, thrives in ambiguity, and motivated to scale with the company into future leadership opportunities.


This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with the COO/CFO to help run and transform the company from the inside out.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $228,000 - $264,000
