We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.

As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve.

Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the COO/CFO, a strategic and operational partner who will serve as a critical extension of our executive leadership. In this highly visible role, you’ll help drive company priorities, align cross-functional initiatives, and ensure organizational clarity and execution against our most important goals. This is an ideal role for someone with strong business acumen, operational rigor, and exceptional communication skills who is motivated to help a company scale efficiently and intentionally.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Partner with the COO/CFO to define, execute, and communicate strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Own the annual planning and quarterly OKR process, ensuring alignment across departments and surfacing roadblocks to leadership
  • Facilitate prioritization and decision-making on key cross-functional efforts

Operational Rhythm of the Business

  • Establish and manage the cadence of leadership meetings, offsites, and operational reviews
  • Draft and prepare executive presentations, board materials, and internal communications in partnership with stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent follow-through and accountability for key action items and deliverables

Project & Program Management

  • Drive execution of special projects from inception through delivery, working across departments including Finance, People, Product, and GTM
  • Stand up scalable systems and processes to support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
  • Act as a force multiplier to the COO/CFO, proactively removing friction and enabling focus on the highest-value work

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a liaison between the COO/CFO and key internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the business
  • Support investor relations, board communications, and external partner engagement as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–10 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment, preferably in management consulting, operations, or finance
  • Proven experience operating as a Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations Lead, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives and managing through influence
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—your follow-through is second to none
  • Strong understanding of financial and business metrics; experience working closely with Finance and/or People functions is a plus
  • A low ego, high EQ team player who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and driving meaningful impact
