As a Data Engineer – Data Platform at Advisor360°, you will design, build, and scale the data pipelines and platforms that power our SaaS solutions. Your work will ensure that data is fast, reliable, and secure, enabling us to deliver better reporting, insights, and experiences to clients — and helping Advisor360° move faster in the market.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to shape architecture, leverage modern tools, and mentor peers.

This is a hybrid role, with an on-site presence required at our Bengaluru office on Monday & Wednesday.

Here’s What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions using Azure, Databricks, PySpark, and Snowflake.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and automation.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
• Design event-driven and streaming solutions using Kafka or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Ensure compliance, security, and quality across all data systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align data solutions with GTM priorities.
• Mentor teammates and champion modern data engineering practices.

What You Bring To The Table

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering.
• Strong skills in SQL, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (Data Factory, Functions, Databricks).
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, Streams).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and agile development.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
• Exposure to GenAI-powered development is a plus.
• Mindset: Ownership, problem-solver, fast learner, thrives in fintech GTM environment.
