As an Operations Analyst at Advisor360°, you’ll be at the heart of driving efficiency, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to fuel the company’s growth. Reporting to the Office of the COO, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing operations, connecting strategic business goals with cutting-edge analytics, and ensuring seamless execution across teams. If you thrive on solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and pioneering new ways to use AI in operations, this role is for you. At Advisor360°, the Operations Analyst is more than just a numbers person-you’re a strategic force multiplier, helping leadership make fast, informed decisions that drive impact across the organization. Here’s What You’ll Do:  

• Turn Data into Action – Transform raw data into powerful operational insights, enabling leadership to make agile, informed decisions. 
• Enhance Efficiency Through AI – Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into business processes, streamlining workflows and improving productivity. 
• Build a Data-Driven Culture – Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership with real-time visibility into key business metrics. 
• Monitor & Optimize Performance – Establish and track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and uncover areas for continuous improvement. 
• Drive Cross-Functional Impact – Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to accelerate growth and enhance customer experience. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

• 5-8 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. 
• Strong analytical mindset with a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights that improve business outcomes. 
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, prompt design) and a deep understanding of how they can enhance operational efficiency. 
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards. 
• Solid grasp of key operational metrics and KPIs, with the ability to design, track, and optimize performance indicators. 
• Problem-solving powerhouse – ability to break down challenges, think critically, and execute solutions with confidence. 
• Self-starter mentality – proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of initiatives that drive measurable impact. 
• First Principles Thinker – someone who questions assumptions, seeks innovative solutions, and continuously challenges the status quo.
