Product Manager, Financial Planning

At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do.

We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.

As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve. Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

  • Manage Partner Relationships: Collaborate with financial planning vendors and technology partners to ensure seamless integrations, negotiate product roadmaps, and advocate for our customers' needs within partner ecosystems.
  • Be the Planning Expert: Serve as the internal and external authority on financial planning best practices, speaking fluently about Monte Carlo simulations, tax-efficient strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and other core planning concepts with customers and stakeholders.
  • Bridge Technical and Advisory Worlds: Translate complex financial planning methodologies into clear product requirements, ensuring engineering teams understand the nuances of advisor workflows and client planning needs.
  • Drive Execution: Lead product discovery, iteration planning, and delivery to ensure timely, high-quality results.
  • Communicate Clearly: Author clear and concise requirements, user stories, and vision documents that guide development and stakeholder expectations.
  • Measure Impact: Analyze planning feature adoption, advisor engagement metrics, and client outcome improvements to validate success and inform future priorities.
  • Represent the Product: Actively engage with advisory firms, enterprise clients, and industry forums to gather feedback, demonstrate thought leadership in financial planning, and ensure our solution meets evolving market needs.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or enterprise SaaS.
