This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
We’re seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer with strong technical acumen, proven leadership ability, and a track record of success in the SaaS space. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this individual will lead and mentor a team of solution engineers while also serving as a senior-level contributor in strategic sales opportunities.
This is both a player-coach role and a client-facing leadership position. You will oversee the development and execution of technical sales strategies, manage and grow a high-performing solutions engineering function, and work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Implementation. Candidates should bring deep experience in SaaS, ideally with a background in financial services or fintech.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $164,000-185,000.
