At Advisor360°, you won’t just ship features, you’ll define what gets built, why it matters, and how it drives real outcomes for financial advisors and their clients. This is a true end-to-end product ownership role inside a new AI-native product portfolio, where you lead a small, autonomous team from initial idea through production and beyond.
You’ll operate at the intersection of customer insight, business strategy, and cutting-edge AI workflows. Every decision starts with deeply understanding advisor pain points, translating them into clear opportunities, and building a compelling case for why it should exist. From there, you’ll turn that vision into structured, high-quality product specifications that power an agentic development model, where AI agents and engineers execute against what you define.
This is not about managing tickets. It’s about setting direction, creating clarity, and driving measurable impact.
You’ll partner closely with a Tech Lead to ensure your thinking translates cleanly into scalable systems, while staying multiple steps ahead of your team so the next set of problems is always clearly defined before the current one ships. Along the way, you’ll help shape what agentic software development looks like in practice, influencing how modern B2B products are built.

This role is remote or hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
Own a product end-to-end within a new AI-native product portfolio at Advisor360°, where you’ll lead a 5-person autonomous team from idea to production with full ownership of strategy, roadmap, and outcomes. The estimated base salary range for this position is $ 200,000-350,000 + bonus & equity.
