What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do.

We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.

As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve. Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

We are seeking an analytical, curious, and tech-savvy Business Analyst to join our Product Management organization. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a blend of technical and business expertise—someone who can bridge the gap between customer needs, marketing insights, and product strategy. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate customer and market data into actionable business insights that drive product direction and organizational growth.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Product Support: Support customers and prospects and partner with Product Managers to transform business and customer insights into product requirements and roadmap inputs.
  • Documentation: Create clear, structured business and functional documentation that informs product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Customer and Market Insight: Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from customers, sales teams, and marketing to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Support Sales with product-related insights, competitive analysis, and data-driven materials that strengthen customer engagement.
  • Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to streamline workflows between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage AI and analytics tools to visualize trends, measure adoption, and quantify business impact.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate across internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, efficient communication, and alignment with company strategy.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (double-major or minor in Business and a technical discipline strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, data visualization tools) and how they can be applied to business analysis and product management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exposure to CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Agile environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and advance into a Product Management career path.
