ABOUT THE POSITION

Part-time Seasonal: Feb 16th - Apr 15th, 20-25 hours per week, fully remote  

Compensation: $39-$45/hour, $7,000-$10,000 seasonal total 

Core responsibilities: Preparation of individual and business returns for founder review

ABOUT YOU

At a minimum, the experience and skills we’re looking for are:

  • Experience working with diverse communities
  • 3-5 years of experience preparing federal tax returns
  • Significant experience or expertise in at least one of the following areas: 
    • Sch E rental activity, Sch C businesses, Restricted Stock Units, Nonprofit 990, Community property income splitting 
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently 
  • Ability to quickly learn and consistently use online work flow systems
  • Highest level of discretion in protecting confidential information and data security
  • Organizational skills, accuracy and strong attention to detail are must-haves

Additionally, the following skills and experience are a plus

  • Experience preparing returns with ATX software
  • Experience with ACE hosting, ShareFile or Financial Cents

HOW TO APPLY
